Group Training Coach
Sam holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Corrective and Rehabilitative Exercise Science from Northern Illinois University. He began his career working alongside a board-certified chiropractic physician, serving as an Exercise Therapist administering manual therapy, corrective exercise, and rehabilitative programming.
With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare and fitness industry, Sam blends rehabilitative expertise with performance-based strength training.
